PathTech’s technicians are available 8am-5pm Monday through Friday for your convenience. If you are calling outside of normal business hours, please leave a message and we will reply by noon the following business day.

Yes, PathTech offers depot repair and PM service for all 50 states. Ship your equipment to our facility. PathTech can assist you with shipping information.

PathTech will check its inventory for available loaner instruments. If a loaner is available, it may be used for as long as needed.

Our on-site service territory is the lower peninsula of Michigan. However, if you are located in the upper peninsula or northern Indiana and Ohio, feel free to call us to see if your lab is eligible. Our depot service is available to all 50 states.

Ship your equipment either in a box or a crate and we can do a depot repair. For many pieces of equipment, PathTech has custom foamed packaging that we can send to you quickly for efficiency, convenience, and surety that it arrives as intended.
